We’re currently looking for IT Technicians to join our IT Support Team in Zagreb, Croatia. Our IT Technicians are providing technical support to end-users via phone, email and remote access using superior customer service. On any given day, our IT Techs might be helping a small office with their Wi-Fi setup, and half an hour later they might be troubleshooting an enterprise-grade network for a 9-story building.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Communicate directly with end-users in English, using different channels (phone, email)
- Configure and manage end-user IT equipment, such as workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, and/or other devices
- Set up and configure end-user email clients, shared files and folders, domain accounts, installations, and updates of software, etc.
- Troubleshoot various end-user issues with their local desktop, peripherals, and virtual workstations
- Troubleshoot various Cloud Server related issues
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex or client wide issues
- Document processes, reported issues, and solutions
