Legal Advisor (m/f/d)

Our client is one of the leading global infrastructure players. For their company subsidiary in Croatia we are searching for a: Legal Advisor (m/f/d) Responsibilities - Advising the local legal department as well as providing legal support to the subsidiaries in CEE & SEE when needed - Providing the Head of the International Legal Department with advice on international projects - Legal research and monitoring of changes in applicable and relevant legal regulations - Developing solutions to complex legal questions - Processing of domestic and international legal matters, contract reviews and designs, as well as risk assessments - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements

- University degree in law - 5+ years of professional experience as a lawyer or in-house lawyer with similar area of responsibility - Experience working as legal advisor for international infrastructure or real estate companies and/or experience working at international law firms - In-depth knowledge of commercial and contract law - In-depth knowledge of public procurement - Knowledge of infrastructure or real estate law - Diplomatic and assertive personality - Service orientation - Fluent in English - Excellent communication and negotiation skills Please send your application (in English) via the application link.
