CRM Product Manager (m/ž)

They act as mediators or a link between the customer, the leadership team, the dev team, sales, and marketing. Responsibilities: - Understanding and defining what customers need to create products that meet their demands - Responsible for conducting detailed market research, speaking with current and potential customers - Do active market and industry research to identify trends in the industry - Work together with the developers to create a software product that is successful on the domestic and international market - Write specifications for necessary modifications - Project manage strategic and test/development customers - Be the main point of contact for all product-related issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge in the office - Keep track of competitors and new developments
