Marketing Coordinator (m/f)

Herbalife Nutrition Croatia is searching for a: Marketing Coordinator (m/f) - South Eastern Europe - in Zagreb. The role: The position holder supports the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department. Mainly focused on digital marketing & Social Media tasks and activities, tasks related Herbalife.com, MyHerbalife.com and other company websites and reports. Ensures all content is accurate. Work closely with the Member Service Department to be able to answer questions related to ongoing promotions, events, etc. Liaises with suppliers and gives administrative support (e.g. handling incoming mails and customer emails, preparing sales figures reports, phone calls). Strongly communicate with regional Country Director and Marketing Supervisor. Handles back office tasks. Responsibilities: The position holder is responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts. Interacts with Member Services, Logistic, Sales etc. and EMEA Marketing, Social media and Product marketing teams to ensure successful marketing campaigns, product launches and accurate information in the weekly bulletin, and to provide updated tools e.g. flyers and newsletters, web pages. Interact with Members. Keeps all relevant departments informed. - planning, coordination and execution of digital advertising campaigns - planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts - working closely with marketing agencies - coordination in translations of marketing materials for the region and insure distribution - coordination and support of daily departmental actions - monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization - communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

- previous 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising and social media field - excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media best practices - understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics - good understanding of social media KPIs - good knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Audacity or other media editing software - critical thinker and problem-solving skills - team player - good time-management skills - great interpersonal and communication skills - ability to work under pressure - customer oriented - willing to travel
