Prepatory Engineer (m/f)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our young and dynamic team, to implement exciting projects: Prepatory Engineer (m/f). What You’ll Do: - Checking the plans - Assistance in the building permit procedure - Consultation with the authorities - Project monitoring, preparation of reports - Participation in the technical hand-over - Participation in the granting of authorisation for placing in service - Requesting, technical verification and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier bids - Participation in the building permit process - Managing customer coordination - Technical consultations and post-calculations

What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of same - 10-15 years of high-rise civil construction experience required - Proven experience as construction project manager - Functions effectively as part of a team - Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills - Demonstrates good management and leadership skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - General understanding of industry - Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality - Candidate is (a member of professional associates relevant chambers) civil engineer - preferred, but any other engineering field is welcome Language skills: - Business English language skills Applications should be sent via application link.
