Mechanical Project Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our young and dynamic team, to implement exciting projects: Mechanical Project Manager (m/f). What You’ll Do: - Execution of technical tasks related to comprehensive HVAC construction works in public buildings - Coordination of contractors and maintaining communication - Preparation and enforcement of construction and execution contracts, ensuring compliance with terms - Liaison with designers and reviewing plans - Communication with clients - Procurement of materials - Inspection of specialized and general construction works related to the field and area - Continuous coordination with other specialties - Preparation of reports aligned with agreed content with the Employer and property owner - Verification of technological quality requirements during execution - Communication with necessary authorities during projects, participation in inspections, and representation of the interests of property owners and Employers - Obtaining proposals for unforeseen tasks during construction, reviewing proposals, and recommending acceptance of technical content and costs to management - Making weekly, monthly reports for financial and technical proceedings of subcontractors - Making technical meetings ( in 2-3 rounds) with subcontractors, to finalize scope of works - Making contract proposals with subcontractors - Verifying subcontractor’s proceedings, during erection period - Verifying quantity and quality of subcontractor’s fulfilments on weekly and monthly period - Preparing and/or controlling monthly situations for contractors - Collecting, handling and verifying RFC/RFI/MSS/…etc documentation of subcontractors - Collecting HO Documentation for final HOP procedure with subcontractors and Investor - Filling in official logbook

Required qualifications: - Relevant professional degree - Ability to work independently - Category B driver's license - Proficient computer skills in MS Office - Mechanical eng. license, (HVAC) engineer, relevant member of engineering chamber, engineers ID card What We’re Looking For: - Good communication skills, decisive, confident, and solution-oriented personality - Stable professional experience, mature mindset - Ability to work independently, decision-making skills - Structured thinking, systemic approach - At least 3 years of experience in construction management - Strong IT skills, confident use of MS Office programs, proficient use of MS Project; experience with CAD programs is advantageous but not required Language skills: - Business English language skills Licence is required.
