Junior Project / Product Manager (m/f)

We are looking for an individual with experience in project and product management to work in our patient engagement team on client projects utilizing our patient engagement platform. The Junior Project Manager focuses on managing client projects, participates in developing new products and services, and provides client support. The position is focused on performing the following day-to-day activities: - Manage client projects from start to finish - Assist in the development of new products/services - Work closely with technical development team - Program performance analysis and reporting - Learn patient engagement platform inside/out - Client Support

Must have the following experiences / skills: - verbal and written English language proficiency - experience or interest in healthcare - strong organizational skills - excellent interpersonal skills - comfortable with technology and / or learning about new technologies - multi-tasking is essential - performs well under pressure - pro-active problem solver - can work independently - able to set own goals and framework - flexible to adjust work hours based on client needs - excellent attention to details Desired experiences / skills: - prior experience managing clients and large internal and external teams pharmaceutical and/or medical industry experience preferred - digital health experience - international experience - experience using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present data - familiarity with regulatory issues within healthcare - experience in digital in-bound marketing - knowledge of Spanish language is a plus Due to regular interactions with clients in the USA, excellent oral and written command of the English language is mandatory.
