Due to our continuous growth, we are searching for an experienced and dedicated Purchasing officer (m/f).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Researching potential vendors and partners for merchandise and/or services
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Comparing contract terms of agreement and pricing and suggesting the best options to the decision-makers
- Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery
- Reviewing the quality of purchased products and services and filing complaints if necessary
- Entering order details into internal database
- Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices and preparing reports on purchases
- Monitoring needs of office supplies and placing orders as needed
- Business trip management (arranging travel and accommodation, expenses)
- Fleet management
- Facility management through active communication with office owner and maintenance team for three office locations (Zagreb, Varaždin, and Bjelovar)
