What do you get to do in this role:
- With the help of your mentor manage processes of software development
- Maintain regular daily meetings with team members and stakeholders
- Have regular conversations with international clients
- Coordinate the process so there is no delay
- Suggest ways how to improve the project
- Record and track the progress made on the projects in PM tools
- Make sure the software is built according to the specifications
- Work on medium-sized projects from different industries (cca 1000 hours)
Work location: Gundulićeva 35/1, Zagreb.
Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
What we’d love to get from you:
- 6 months of experience in similar roles
- Basic knowledge of design and development process
- Very good written and spoken English
- Ability to analyze the problem and make a quick resolution
- Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Systematics in task execution
- Concurrency in expression
- Assertiveness in communication
- Proactivity
