Sales Coordinator (m/f)

We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (m/f) to support the operations of our regional sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating commercial supports, maintaining accurate sales records, liaising with our retailer network, and supporting the implementation of sales-related activities in alignment with Land Rover’s brand standards. Key Responsibilities - Collecting documents for claiming manufacturer’s commercial supports - Liaising with retailer network to ensure smooth flow of vehicle documents - Checking that vehicle documents are in line with manufacturer's standards - Processing vehicle invoicing - Maintaining accurate invoicing records and monitoring profit margins - Keeping stock and pipeline records up to date - Answering to retailer network inquiries related to stock and pipeline - Preparing sales reports – market share, competitor activities, sales performance and others

Candidate Profile: - Experience in sales coordination, administration, or a related field - Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities - Faculty diploma with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
