Key Responsibilities:
- Develop well plans for drilling, testing, and completion of wells
- Design and implement drilling programs in coordination with team members and contractors
- Evaluate new drilling equipment and techniques to optimize operations
- Oversee daily drilling activities and provide technical advice to resolve operational challenges
- Ensure that drilling operations comply with environmental and safety regulations
- Monitor drilling performance data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Work closely with geologists to understand the geological characteristics of drilling sites
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
- Participate in technical meetings and communicate with local community representatives
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of drilling activities, including certificates, pressure test reports, and contractor declarations

Qualifications:
- Masters's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Passed the state professional exam in oil mining
- Proven experience in drilling engineering or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of drilling equipment, techniques, and safety regulations
