We are recruiting a motivated and experienced Logistics Manager for the ASBIS Croatia team. In the role of Logistics Manager, you will plan, manage, and control the performance of business processes and operational activities within the logistics sector (warehouse and warranty). Key functions: - Management of the day-to-day logistics processes of the company - Responsibility for the cost-efficient performance of the logistics sector according to the yearly budget - Manage logistics, warehousing, and service teams - Support shipments from the central distribution center in the EU and other vendors - Participate in customs clearance procedures, providing all the required documents - Solve any issues with customs - Work with various freight forwarders with a focus on service and cost optimization - Organization and participation in stock counts each quarter - Responsibility for the quarterly and yearly stock count results - Control the documentation process: issuing of shipping and commercial documents - Maintain strong compliance, ensuring that all transactions are done following local and international laws - Be able to advise on optimal logistics solutions for each shipment - Facilitate improvements and development of current processes - Help to improve warehousing solutions. Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

Qualification and skills: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or a relevant field - A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role (Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehousing) - Experience with ERP systems such as ODOO, SAP, and/or WMS is considered an advantage - Experience leading a smaller team - English – intermediate level Desired personal characteristics: - Great verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects - Flexible, adaptable, and stress-resilient - Honest with a strong work ethic
