Opis posla

The Senior Sales Account Manager is a member of the Sales & Marketing team, responsible for reaching the sales targets. Responsibilities include creating continuous improvement in structure, processes, and incentives to increase the sales of the company's core technology products, setting quotas, evaluating, and adjusting performance. It also includes product expertise, regional product sales, anticipating customer needs, managing inbound leads, order processing, sales and marketing support, and reporting. This is a full-time position based in Zagreb. Responsibilities: - Manage and grow existing accounts and use your outside sales manager experience to prospect and develop new business - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence - Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition - Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs and match Maxtena’s products and solutions to their requirements - Liaise between customers and the engineering teams - Maintain Salesforce customer and contact information - Maintain well documented, accurate, organized, and up-to-date file management to serve client and employer in the most expedient, organized and knowledgeable manner - Collaborate with CCO to build strong relationships between existing clientele and grow new and existing business - Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team - Set individual sales targets with the sales team - Track sales goals and report results - Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team - Actively promote the products and the company through social media and other marketing sites - Research emerging technologies, trends, and competitive information - Performs other duties as assigned

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

Requirements: - The employer can provide employment only to candidates with EU citizenship or authorization to work in Croatia - Fluent in English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Minimum of five years of International Sales experience - Minimum of three-year experience with CRM, Salesforce preferred - Excellent organizational skills and attention to details - Proficient with Microsoft Office package or related software - Must be available to travel 25% of the time - Bachelor’s degree in related field required
