Prepatory Engineer (m/f)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our young and dynamic team, to implement exciting projects: Prepatory Engineer (m/f). What You’ll Do: - Checking the plans - Assistance in the building permit procedure - Consultation with the authorities - Project monitoring, preparation of reports - Participation in the technical hand-over - Participation in the granting of authorisation for placing in service - Requesting, technical verification and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier bids - Participation in the building permit process - Managing customer coordination - Technical consultations and post-calculations

What We’re Looking For: - Functions effectively as part of a team - Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes - Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills - General understanding of industry ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality - Ready and willing to learn new skills to enhance their career growth - Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of same - 3-5 years of high-rise civil construction experience required Language skills: - Business English language skills Applications should be sent via application link.
