Our company is looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team, as a full-time Customer Service Specialist in the digital cryptocurrency ATM sector.
Responsibilities:
- Support for Croatian (and Bosnian) speaking customers - this includes all forms of communication, such as telephone calls, chats, emails and text messages, providing clear and up-to-date information on the progress of their cases
- Handling refunds
- Creating customer profiles and adding transactions to profiles
- Supporting our marketing team with basic tasks such as: translating marketing materials etc.
