The opportunity We have open job position for motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel (f/m) willing to advance their legal career and join our dynamic Legal team. The role involves providing various legal advice, legal analyses, and ensuring compliance with Croatian regulations and EY Regional and Global standards. Your key responsibilities - Provide legal advice and prepare legal analyses and opinions on specific situations in various areas of law - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide legal support to internal professional service line - Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues - Monitor and ensure compliance with, and reporting on, Croatian legal regulations and regulatory requirements within EY, including notifications and registrations towards state authorities - Prepare corporate law documentation, including filings to the Commercial Register - Provide training sessions on legal compliance and best practices. - Cover the personal data protection agenda and anti-money laundering - Provide employment related advice - Cooperate on drafting and updating internal regulations, and make recommendations for processes and procedures, as necessary

Skills and attributes for success - Law degree - Min 3-5 related working experience (preferably in law office) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Fluent English, both spoken and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
