We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our company HKS in Croatia in the role of Manager (m/f) to supervise and control all recruitment strategic and business aspects of our company, such as registration process of our new company in Croatia, recruiting procedures and Personnel Leasing in accordance to Headquarter needs, and reporting on its performance to the Area manager.
The Manager will work closely with the Area Manager, acting as the main link between the different divisions within the company and will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a recruitment vision for success in Croatia based on his/her local knowledge and experience.
The ideal candidate for this position should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation and have previous corporate management experience in Recruiting & Personnel Leasing preferably for Transportation & logistic companies.
Ultimately, HR Manager in Croatia will manage our recruitment and Personnel leasing for required posts in Transportation and logistics sector in Germany to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs.
Responsibilities at HKS Croatia:
- Manage the recruiting process to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
- Research and choose the best route for job advertising options
- Coordinate with Area manager to forecast future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Build trust relations with key partners in Croatia
