Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Export Sales Manager to lead and expand our pet food sales in Adriatic and Eastern Europe markets. Based in Zagreb, you will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies, managing distributor/retail/other B2B partners relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in international markets
- Identify and onboard new distributors, partners, and retail accounts in target export regions
- Maintain and grow existing international customer relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and joint business planning
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights
- Manage pricing, contracts, and negotiations in line with company guidelines and profitability goals
- Coordinate closely with logistics, production, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and compliance with local import/export regulations
- Represent MHP Pet Food at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates for senior management
