- Architectural Design: design and maintain clients' core architectures, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability
- Cloud: leverage modern cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to ensure scalability and agility of mission-critical services
- Network: design and optimize enterprise network infrastructures while enforcing security best practices
- Regulatory Compliance: implement and uphold compliance standards such as DORA, NIS2, and other security frameworks
- Cross-Team Collaboration: partner with DevOps, Development, Data, and other engineering teams to align system architecture with business objectives
- Continuous Improvement: stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and regulations, leading initiatives to enhance reliability, resilience, and compliance

Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years in IT architecture or solutions design, ideally within the financial/banking sector
- Compliance Knowledge: proven expertise in industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, DORA, NIS2, GDPR)
- Technical Proficiency: hands-on experience with security, network architecture, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
- Security-First Mindset: strong background in cybersecurity concepts and practices, ensuring the highest level of protection for systems and data
- Education & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities to collaborate effectively across teams
