Medical Representative General Medicines & Specialty Care (m/f)

We are pharmaceutical fast growing company and we are looking for a new team member on the position of: Medical Representative General Medicines & Specialty Care (based in Dalmacija region) - fixed-term employment (replacement for maternity leave). Your role You will be involved in the promotion our General Medicines and Specialty Care portfolio in Dalmacija region and contribute to the further success and growth of Swixx Biopharma in Croatia. You will build different product brands, closely cooperate with healthcare professionals, implement and monitor different programs and activities within assigned territory. - Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with health care professionals - key accounts and key opinion leaders - Promote of product/s within the territory in line with account plans - Orchestrate in-field activity to achieve sales results and specified targets - Achieve sales goals while ensuring the optimum customer experience - Implement tactical plans/projects in order to maximize the value of the brand(s) through life cycle management - Identify market segments, develop communication strategy with target groups to promote products - Identify barriers and opportunities for the relevant and specific disease area through deep customer insight and local knowledge - Use multichannel tools in daily practice and support the implementation of the multichannel marketing campaigns - Collaborate closely with other Swixx departments and distributors to find most effective way of increasing sales and/or improving productivity

- University degree (medical or life science is an advantage) - Preferably at least one year experience in pharmaceutical business (diabetes and/or cardiology is an advantage) - Proven ability to understand and communicate scientific information and health economic data/insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Familiar with pharmaceuticals industry standards - Fluent in Croatian language, English: Intermediate / advanced - PC operating skills: Word, Excel, Power Point - A valid driving license - B Category and availability to travel
