As the Mechanical HVAC Engineer you will be responsible for customized solutions for two main business sectors: Data Centers and Telecom. This means you will be designing and developing HVAC systems in accordance with highest standards and demanding requests of the world's leading technology customers. You can expect integration with other disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical, controls) and your main focus will be on design and calculations.
Essential job functions:
1. Choosing heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions, equipment and suppliers
2. Developing diverse design documentation:
a. HVAC narratives
b. Heat Gain/Loss Calculations
c. Ventilation and piping single line diagrams
d. HVAC system layouts, schematics
e. Ventilation and piping calculations
f. CFD simulations
g. Specifying Bill of Material and services required for project execution
3. Communication with the customer in order to design the best possible solution for his needs
4. Performing building test procedures for internal control
5. Working on multiple projects in parallel
6. Coordination with material and service suppliers during project execution
7. Post-delivery support to customer
8. Pre-sales support – conceptual design, quotations, solution presentations to customers
