An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- University degree in HR or Organizational Management, Psychology, Sociology
- Experience in a similar position for more than 3 years
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of personalities and behavioral styles in order to work collaboratively with a variety of people and to make informed decision around resourcing, reporting structures and relationships
- Capability to assess the effectiveness of implemented HR projects and initiatives in terms of business interests
- Flexible, tactful, mature and able to successfully work in a multitasks mode
- Proactive, result-oriented and self-driven
- Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
- English language is a must
- Advanced user of PC/Mac, MS Office
