Opis posla
NY hires yacht charter base manager (m/f) in our new charter base in Dubrovnik (ACI marina Komolac).
Responsibilities:
- Organisation and management activities of the entire charter base operations
- Contracting equipment and part suppliers and out-source service companies
- Winter service planning, progress monitoring and execution
- Summer service organisation, monitoring and execution
- Organisation and execution of interventions on boats in charter
- Overview of base operational cost
- Claim handling on spot
- Staff management (follow up on working hours, activities schedule, planning, etc.)
- Reporting to the country manager and COO
Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a yacht charter base manager
- Very good english language knowledge
- Other languages are an advantage
- Skippers license
- Computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- Result oriented and proactive
