This role encompasses the management of contracts, personnel matters, legal proceedings, compliance monitoring, and conducting sanction list checks to ensure risk mitigation. The Corporate Lawyer will also play a critical role in drafting internal policies, representing the company in legal matters, and advising on strategic decisions.
