Key Responsibilities: - Lead Sales & Growth: Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the hospital sector, meeting or exceeding sales targets - Be a Market Expert: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors to proactively identify new opportunities to expand product presence - Collaborate for Success: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to execute successful campaigns and drive growth - Strategic Impact: Use your sharp analytical skills to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance - Shape the Future: Participate in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans, that drive brand visibility and sales

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications & Experience: - University degree - preferably in pharmaceutical, medical, or life sciences - At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in key account management or hospital sales Skills & Qualities: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Croatian and English (both written and spoken) - Strong project management abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team - Problem-solving skills and the ability to drive results under pressure - Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude Expertise in Key Therapeutic Areas: Experience in anesthesiology, oncology or infectology is a plus. Travel Ready: Embrace a role with ~80% of the time spent with customers across Croatia, allowing you to build deep connections in the healthcare sector. Participation in national and international congresses.
