We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f) to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service by managing inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer service for an assigned region, including preparing quotations, receiving and processing customer orders, verifying orders (pricing, product type, quantity), coordinating delivery schedules and preparing shipment documents, monitoring payments and outstanding balances, sending product certificates to customers
- Tracking order status and ensuring timely deliveries
- Maintaining and archiving documentation
- Registering and handling customer complaints
- Collaborating with internal departments (ESC, Logistics, Planning, Sales, Accounting, Shipping, Quality)
