Opis posla
- providing adequate technical solutions to future and existing customers of Zipato home automation system
- customer care of existing clients and acquisition of new ones
- helping clients set up their home system and create simple automation rules
- application testing and verification of functionality, giving feedback to R&D engineers
- close cooperation with software and hardware engineers in order to solve demanding technical issues
Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
Mandatory skills and experience:
- fluent English speaking and writing skills
- university degree in IT
- strong organizational and communication skills
You need to be:
- proactive and have high attention to detail
- communicative, communicative and communicative
- able to handle pressure under challenging circumstances
