As an Area Manager at H&M you are running a region in fast paced fashion retail, you secure that the stores of your area inspire customers to explore their personal style. You are responsible to set a strategy in line with country goals to maximise selling and profitability for an area.
Together with the Area team, you support and lead up to 15 store teams to create the best shopping experiences in fashion retail. By acting in line with our values and being a role model, you contribute to H&M’s business success.
As Area Manager Trainee you go through an individual trainee program and spend most of the time in our stores. You get to know the different roles in the store and all aspects of our business. Depending on your experience and training progress, this program may take up to one year.
