We are looking for a proactive individual interested in taking the lead of our sales activities on the territory of Croatia and Slovenia from the ground up. This is a full sales cycle role. Activities will include everything from defining sales strategy, setting up sales pipeline, prospecting and communicating with potential clients starting from the initial contact to signing new contracts. Certain efforts will be also dedicated to post-sale activities.
Your tasks:
- Market research and strategy planning
- Develop sales opportunities and close deals
- Account management - responsible for your portfolio and providing clients with assistance that is reliable and promotes growth
- Analysis of market potential and individual client’s needs
- Development of suitable activities for achieving your sales targets
- Taking part in exhibitions, industry events & conferences
