As a Cook (m/f), you will assist in food preparation and organisation within the kitchen. You will contribute by preparing and presenting international dishes at a high standard. Maintaining the high requirements of German hygiene standards is also a focus.
Your duties include:
- running the kitchen routine as 1 of 2 cooks
- production of excellent food for our customers
- creative menu planning for meeting groups
- control and enforcement of hygiene parameters
- encouragement of teamwork in the kitchen and between the kitchen and service
- support and control of purchasing for the kitchen
- contribution to a positive work atmosphere, being a role model for colleagues
- 5 shifts a week, 8 hours a day
