Zone Manager Sales (m/f)

We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Zone Manager Sales to join our regional team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Land Rover retailer network across the Adria region. You will oversee sales performance, implement commercial strategies, and ensure alignment with brand standards, with a strong focus on achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with the regional retailer network - Monitor and support achievement of sales targets at retailer level - Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize sales strategy - Ensure proper execution of commercial programs, campaigns, and product launches - Collaborate with marketing, product, and aftersales teams to deliver integrated business results - Support forecasting and planning processes in line with volume and profit objectives - Ensure compliance with Jaguar Land Rover brand standards and operational guidelines - Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with retailers - Ensure the CRM system is properly maintained, updated, and fully utilized by retailer sales teams - Develop sales processes, platforms and online sales related projects

- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with a strong preference for experience in an importer environment - Proven track record of delivering commercial results in a competitive environment - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Analytical mindset and ability to work with sales data and KPIs - Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Willingness to travel across the Adria region - University degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
