Head of recruiting (m/ž)

What you will do: - develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that ensures the achievement of our business goals - lead, and develop our international remote recruitment team - monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics and KPIs - maintain an up-to-date CRM - work collaboratively across teams - full cycle recruitment

What we need: - 3+ years of experience in recruitment - experience in successful hiring of mass positions and unique positions - substantial experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and providing afterward feedback - strong interpersonal and consultative skills - strong presentation and communication skills (ability to conduct negotiations) - ability to prioritize and reach deadlines - excellent verbal and written English, German and Russian/Ukrainian
