What we need:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment
- experience in successful hiring of mass positions and unique positions
- substantial experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and providing afterward feedback
- strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- strong presentation and communication skills (ability to conduct negotiations)
- ability to prioritize and reach deadlines
- excellent verbal and written English, German and Russian/Ukrainian
