Opis posla
As Rental Sales Agent your role will be:
- rental station management within environment of 4-5 people
- preparation of vehicles for rent in coordination with fleet manager, renting vehicles, counter product sales – added value (additional equipment, insurances, etc.)
- problem solving and answering inquiries regarding car rental activities
- maximum focus on customer and customer satisfaction level
- sales initiative
Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- VŠS or higher education (Economics, Tourism or related)
-advanced English skills (both verbal and written), other foreign language can be advantage
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- organizational and analytical skills
- IT skills (MS, Word, Excel, Internet tools, booking systems)
- experience in sales and customer related functions
- driver’s license (B category)
