As a Store Trainer, you'll drive business success by effectively onboarding new Beauty Consultants and enhancing their sales, product, and process knowledge. You'll foster a positive learning culture in the store.
Your Role:
- 70% training, 30% Beauty Consultant duties
- Lead onboarding sessions for new Beauty Consultants
- Support store performance by achieving KPIs and individual goals
- Implement new processes and training initiatives
- Deliver one-on-one, in-store, and classroom training
- Track staff performance and recommend improvements
- Guide Beauty Consultants on upselling and customer interactions
- Identify training needs and provide tailored solutions
