Senior HR Consultant/Team Leader - Recruitment, Training & Development segment
We are searching for a solution and result driven, passionate and self-motivated colleague with potential to develop with the business and and contribute to team growth. You will join an efficient and professional HR team in expanding based in Zagreb.
Main duties:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational HR needs, provide tailored solutions to meet needs and organize and manage solution implementation in SEE
- Manage multiple projects, and stakeholders, at different stages of the project life-cycle
- Manage and execute end to end recruitment processes from sourcing, searching, screening, evaluating, selecting, negotiating and closing open vacancies
- Conduct organizational assessments and development centers
- Develop, prepare, organize and carry out various HR-related trainings
- Talent pool management
- Proactively network and utilize networks to market career opportunities and advancement
- Expand HR team, manage and mentor own team
- Continuously explore possibilities to improve existing HR strategies and processes, design and implement new standards and methods in line with HR best practices and global trends
- Provide recommendations for change, share new ideas, help innovate and support new initiatives and projects
- Support all activities related to HR - recruitment, development and trainings
- Maintain a high level of management information system to facilitate HR processes, manage HR data bases
