Junior Research Analyst (m/f)

A (Junior) Research Analyst assists local and international consulting teams in sourcing, analyzing and synthesizing information to address specific business issues. Together with your research colleagues from around the world, you will: - Conduct end to end research in response to specific questions (source information from internal as well as secondary data sources, analyze and synthesize this information, and create well organized, concise end products) - Develop knowledge expertise in specific sectors or functions - Be able to work more directly with our clients by playing a role on consulting teams as you become known for your expertise on selected topics.

Who are we looking for: - A university degree from reputed Croatian or international universities (preferably in Economics) with a consistent record of academic excellence - Awareness and interest in economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology - 1-3 years of business/market research experience or industry experience (e.g. banking, telecommunications) in a relevant position - Fluency in Croatian - Excellent written and verbal command of English - Slovenian language skills are an additional advantage - Strong problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills - A professional attitude and service orientation, with the ability to work efficiently and standalone in a fast-paced environment Please apply with your CV and Cover Letter (in English), alongside with relevant education certificates.
