Duties and Responsibilities:
- HR administration and accurate maintenance of HR and payroll data
- Employment contracts, internal HR documentation, and local legal compliance
- Cooperation with payroll, tax, and legal partners
- Working on topics related to data protection, compliance, audits, sensitive documentation, and expatriate/inpatriate support
- HR system maintenance and execution of HR processes through HR systems
- Work with HR data, reporting, and metrics in line with internal standards
