American Academy in Zagreb is an international school focused on strong relationships and clear communication. We are looking for an Admissions Coordinator who will guide prospective families through the admissions process from first enquiry to enrollment.
This role is focused on admissions and family communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective families
- Manage the admissions process from enquiry to enrollment
- Communicate with parents via email, phone, and in person
- Provide clear information about the school and its programs
- Organize and conduct school tours
- Process applications and admissions documentation
- Prepare enrollment contracts
- Maintain accurate admissions records
- Participate in Open Days and admissions events
- Cooperate with colleagues across the American Academy network
