Regional Manager (m/f)

Sermon CRO is currently seeking: Regional Manager As a Regional Manager you will be providing input on country and site selection for clinical studies in the region of South East Europe. You will be responsible for supporting and assisting different CROs in their work on clinical trials, from regulatory, set up and co-ordination of clinical studies (including monitoring and quality control), to assisting CROs and sites with adverse events management and reporting. Your main focus will be monitoring and reporting the study progress within all ongoing projects, as well as defining the project's objectives and overseeing quality control throughout the project life cycle. Furthermore, you will be responsible for development of complete CRO oversight Regional Management Plan and ensuring the highest performance and quality in your region through constant cooperation and strong interpersonal relations.

- University degree in medicine, dentistry or pharmacy - At least three years of experience in working on clinical trials as a monitor and at least two years of experience having a project leadership/management/quality control role - Active use of English, both spoken and written - PC literacy - Driving license (category B) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Being independent and proactive, systematic and thorough - Excellent organizational and problem solving skills, goal oriented - In-depth knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements - Willingness to travel If you believe you are the right person for the above mentioned position, please send your application and CV in English via application link.
