The focus: Delivering innovative Oracle Cloud solutions
Don’t just experience digital transformation - shape it.
At Broadpin (formerly PROMATIS), we help leading organizations turn digital ambition into real business value. Guided by our vision of Digital Evolution, we design and implement intelligent solutions that empower our customers to innovate, adapt, and grow in a cloud-first world.
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Consultant who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and turning business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to design, configure, extend, and integrate Oracle Cloud applications.
Working in agile and hybrid delivery models, you will be part of ambitious expert teams that make digital innovation tangible. You will contribute across the full solution lifecycle - from understanding requirements and designing technical architectures to implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Using modern Oracle technologies and open-source tools, you will help build robust solutions running on powerful Oracle Cloud infrastructures, supporting customers on their journey to unlock their digital potential.
We are not simply looking for coders - we are looking for problem solvers who take ownership, think end-to-end, and are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions for Oracle Cloud applications (including Fusion ERP, Fusion HCM, and Fusion CX).
- Design and implement configurations, extensions, and customizations within Oracle Cloud environments, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Develop and enhance solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and platform capabilities, applying coding where needed to address complex requirements.
- Configure and extend Oracle Fusion applications using appropriate tools (e.g., personalization, extensions, workflows, business rules, and custom development frameworks).
- Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and messaging patterns to connect Oracle Cloud with other enterprise systems.
- Design and develop user experiences aligned with Oracle Redwood design principles, collaborating with functional consultants and customers.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models using Oracle reporting and data analytics tools to support business insights and decision-making.
- Support data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
- Participate across the full implementation lifecycle - from solution design and build to testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
- Produce technical documentation and ensure quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and support for system and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with customers, business consultants, and architects, providing technical guidance during workshops, design sessions, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing through coaching, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
