Join us as a BIM Coordinator in our offices in Zagreb and take on a key technical role in managing BIM models and workflows within Vertiv's BIM Engineering Department. You'll support project setups, ensure model quality, and assist in developing efficient BIM procedures, driving excellence across our projects, working on data center projects.
What you'll do? As a team player, your responsibilities include:
- Involved in the process of successful creation and delivery of the company's products and services to the client in scope of BIM
- Responsible for BIM project environment setup
- Assists in creation and updating of BIM Project Execution Plans
- Responsible for regular BIM model audits
- Supports BIM Manger/Senior BIM coordinators in regular BIM model coordination
- BIM content creation and quality control of content created by other
- Support in general modeling and BIM model creation, corrections, or updates
- Involved in BIM standards and workflows development, implementation, and enforcement
- Training, supporting, and overseeing day-to-day activities of Revit users to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Revit models.
- Company's internal staff training and support regarding BIM
- Educating the team on the best technical practices regarding BIM
- Assist with 3D scanning and point cloud processing

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Architecture)
- 1–3 years’ experience in BIM or 3D modelling, preferred: Revit
- Active user of: Windows, Autodesk Revit (A), Navisworks (B), AutoCAD (IN), BIM 360 (IN), ACC (IN), MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), PowerPoint (A)
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of technical concepts and principles within area of 3D modeling and moderate capabilities in model management
- Understands concept of ISO 19650-1/2 standards
- Technical/practical skills: analytical, assessment, organizational
- Able to establish effective teamwork
- Communicating Effectively
- Skilled in analysis and solving problems
- Proactive, meticulous, thorough, with good organizational skills
- English proficiency (C1 level)
