Financial Analyst (m/f)

We are a well established, fast moving European clinical development company providing consultancy and full clinical trial related services to international clients with a strong network of European offices and a large central office in Zagreb, looking for: Financial Analyst (m/f) As Financial Analyst you will be collecting information from Project managers and Finance, developing financial models and preparing analysis about Project profitability. You will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, Group consolidation and preparing financial analysis about Group performance. Key Duties and Responsibilities - collecting data from Project manager and CRA’s about the expected performance and costs - budgeting and forecasting Project revenues and expenses - develop financial models to track Project performance and analyse Project performance - collaborate and consult with Project managers about measures for better performance - collecting Financial reports from Group companies and consolidation, preparation of Cash flow - preparing analysis of financial reports on Group level

Qualifications needed: - faculty degree – Economy, Mathematic or similar - minimum 2 years experience as Financial Analyst - familiarization with International Financial/Accounting Standards - high level of computer skills - especially in Microsoft Excel - fluency in English (verbal and in writing) is essential Other skills: - excellent communication skills - responsibility and positive working attitude - team working in dynamic environment - high level of personal integrity Employment: permanent with probation period of 6 months We are looking for a competent, trustworthy, independent, responsible and proactive person with previous experience for an international company.
