Under supervision of the Fundraising Officer, performs a variety of tasks to support sales and fundraising activities.
The incumbent will cover the following duties:
Sales activities
- according to Shop’s working hours, opening and closing of the shop (double shift working hours: Monday – Friday: 9-12 & 16-20, every Saturday 9-13)
- manage of all UNICEF Shop sales activities
- in coordination from the Office sales department, ordering new goods form the main warehouse
- setting up the shop (products, cards) according to UNICEF standards
- administrative tasks - shipments, invoices, follow up on available items, keeping records of all inquiries
- receipt of payments from customers - cash payments, credit card payments
- generating daily sales statements and depositing cash to the bank, based on agreed schedule
- telemarketing activities – support to various Sales and Fundraising activities
Info centre activities:
- identifying potential donors and inform about UNICEF fundraising programs and options
- placement of Info data on Facebook page
Web shop activities
- organizing and preparing new assortments and special offers for UNICEF web shop
- updating, preparing and uploading images and visuals to web shop page
- tracking data on buyers in web shop system and assisting in prospecting activities to potential new buyers
- receiving orders from web shop; processing orders to warehouse; checking stock movements; communicating and liaising with warehouse on delivery
- updating and checking payment status on web
- handling follow up with buyers on incomplete orders, late deliveries, consumer complaints; administering those actions
