Head of IT department (m/f)

As Head of IT department (m/f) you will be responsible for setting goals together with management team in your area of responsibility; for planning and coordination of all processes in IT; for developing and proposing best IT solutions for the company. Specific accountabilities: - Development and implementation of applications for internal company need - Integration of information systems - Technical user support and writing users documentation – manuals - Working with project teams to help implement Internal Systems - Preparation of project documentation - Implementation and control of internal security IT standards - Preparation of IT security standards manuals - Different administrative jobs; server maintenance, databases, network, back up management - Administration and maintenance of PC's and peripheral equipment - Manage telecommunications in the company - Building and maintaining vendor relationships and purchase of hardware and software products - Communication with business partners

- Minimum 2 years of experience on same position - Fluent in written and oral English (German advantage) - Knowledge in Progress database advantage - Good written and oral communication skills, self-iniative, very well organized
