Adobe Flex / AIR Developer (m/f)

We are seeking to hire two skilled and talented Adobe Flex/AIR developers to join us in our Zagreb office for a long-term full time commitment.

If you’re interested in joining us, you'll have: - track record in developing applications in Adobe Flex/AIR frameworks - please provide links to/ or samples of your work - strong experience with RIA development - thorough understanding of object oriented programming, data structures, design and access patterns (including MVC) - excellent communication skills The candidate we’re looking for is: - fluent in English, both written and spoken - obsessed with creating beautiful, intuitive, and immersive user experiences for the web and desktop - comfortable working with large existing codebases as well as architecting new projects from scratch. - able to work within tight time lines and deliver above expectations - able to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced agile environment, delivering solutions often in terms of hours/days - willing to occasionally work late to accommodate different time zones (GMT-5) - comfortable with communicating over Skype - excited to work on a small team in a start-up environment The ideal candidate would also have: - prior start-up or freelancing experience - the athleticism to sprint 100 meters in under 10 seconds (just kidding)
