Marketing and Communications Specialist (m/f)

Marketing and Communication Specialists works closely with Enrollment and Recruitment Manager to develop an integrated marketing/communication strategies in order to secure enrollment and create greater awareness of the college. Marketing and Communications Specialist is the central person responsible for content, compliance, graphic design and production of all RIT/ACMT communications and marketing tools. Responsibilities: - advertising - develop and maintain all printed materials and web site - drive all PR initiatives (i.e. write and distribute press releases, follow-up with editors to get published, develop RIT/ACMT stories, etc) - establish strong relationships with the media community (both internationally and domestically) - develop and maintain RIT/ACMT social media presence (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc.) - develop efficient internal communication - in conjunction with Recruitment and Enrollment Manager manage marketing budget

Applicant profile: - BS/BA degree required ; Preferred BA in Marketing, Communications, PR or Advertising - 3 years of experience in similar fields (marketing, communication, PR) - fluency in English and Croatian - self-discipline and capable working both independently and within a team - ability to multitask and take ownership with excellent organizational skills - strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask - superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills - strong computer skills - preferred experience in budget management - ability to succeed in a deadline-driven environment - able to assimilate information quickly and to think conceptually, creatively, and strategically
