Basic Requirement: - at least 2 or more years of work experience in E-commerce or technology sector - practical work experience in business process analysis, financial analysis and project management - college degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent majors - at least extensive work experience and intermediate skills in Oracle SQL or MS-SQL or MySQL and MS Access, MS Excel and/or other analytical tools Other Requirement: - you have a hands-on approach, are able to switch priorities and focus as needed - you are a good communicator - you are ambitious and eager to implement your ideas - you are very proficient in English and preferably speak another CEE language - you are able to manage a business intelligence project team of about 6-10 people in CEE - you are familiar with web environment and cutting edge technology - eillingness to sometimes travel across CEE countries - ability to deliver assigned projects on time
