Civil Construction Supervisor (m/f) Duties and Responsibilities: - supports the Construction Manager in the execution of the work activities of the subcontractors in accordance with the established policies, procedures and systems as approved by the Company - supervises and directs the daily efforts of the physical construction of the project through daily coordination of all field activities, subcontractor direction and specification compliance - responsible for the construction effort through the supervision of civil subcontractor superintendents and site civil engineers in assigned area of project - monitors installation against design to ensure compliance and best practice - reports issues of non-conformance and poor quality - supports the Construction Manager to ensure timely completion against schedule and makes recommendations to increase resources to improve performance, where required - provides inspection of completed work packages and recommendation of sign-off to the Construction Manager - builds and maintains a positive working relationship with the subcontractors and project stakeholders - ensures subcontractors compliance with Permit to Work systems and operating company procedures - ensures subcontractors compliance with HSE and QA/QC Plans

Requirements / Experience: - minimum of 6 years of construction related experience in civil infrastructure projects, preferably as Construction Supervisor in infrastructure projects - relevant trade qualification and/or professional membership - previous experience and understanding relating to electrical and communications installations; - sound knowledge of construction techniques and craft skills - good interpersonal skills - work organization and prioritization skills - sound knowledge and proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word - fluency in English - previous experience of working in a hazardous and controlled environment would be a plus If you are interested in one of these career opportunities please send your detailed resume in English via application link.
