Sales Assistant for Go Global Travel Ltd (m/f)

Duties: - Assisting the sales manager in fulfilling his obligations in order to achieve the company's sales goals - Administrative assistance to the sales manager - Preparation of statistics (Qlick Sense program), sales process follow-up - Completing and sending contracts to new customers via the DocuSign platform - Managing and documenting account activity in work management on platforms e.g. Monday.com, including reviewing, generating and converting new customers (leads) assigned - Comprehensive knowledge of our online hotel, transfer, flight and car rental booking platform to assist with phone calls and email communications and coordinate with the appropriate department - Create, set up and modify accounts on the Go Global Travel platform; handling new user activation requests by e-mail, initiating follow-up calls - Occasional marketing research to find new potential customers and initiating introductory calls - Providing customer service and liaising with other departments (finance, technical, legal, etc.) - Development initiatives transmission to the sales manager - Up-to-date product knowledge and company goals and visions - If necessary, participation in sales events and conferences (occasional foreign travel) - Planning and organization of meetings - Language of communication with agents will be Croatian/Slovenian along with English on daily basis so knowledge of it is obligatory - Based in Zagreb office
