Your Mission: Help shape standards and contribute architecturally as a Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d)! As a Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d), you’ll be part of our development team and regularly collaborate with both frontend and backend developers. With your technical expertise and hands-on mindset, you’ll help ensure smooth operations and improve the user experience for hundreds of thousands of users every day. Your tasks at a glance: - Development of modern web applications using current technologies and frameworks (frontend & backend) - Backend development with PHP: Maintain and implement efficient backend systems - Team collaboration in an agile product stream with developers and a product owner - Clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards - Bug fixing and performance optimization to keep technical debt in check - High impact: Your work directly affects hundreds of thousands of users on the m3connect platform

Your Profile – What you bring: - Several years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer - Strong frontend skills with frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular - Solid backend experience, especially with PHP (Symfony is a plus) - Familiar with Git, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and build tools - Basic DevOps and CI/CD skills - Proactive mindset, strong communication, and team collaboration skills
